DIY: Homemade mustache

Think of the perfect mustache, design it and cut it out of paper.

My perfect mustache.

Stick the paper mustache to a fabric with some pins and cut the mustache out of the fabric.

I chose four kind of fabrics and picked my favourtie one. If you like them all you can use them all or make more tops or different thing to stick them on like a bag, pants or make more tops.

My cut out mustaches.

And again my lovely mustaches.

Find the right spot on your item (in my case top) to stick your mustache on that spot with pins (also mark the spot with pins so you can find it back that way).

Check it also out when it's hanging and put the top on to see if it really looks ok.

Iron fusible interfacing on the cut out mustache and cut the remaining parts of the fusible interfacing off.

Put the mustache (with the sticky side from the fusible interfacing) on the marked spot, put a thin towel over it and iron over it for 10 - 12 seconds (good on the edges).

Et voila, your homemade mustache top (or item) is finished and wearable!
Top (without mustache): H&M.

So it's been quite a while since I posted something, I've been very busy, but I almost finished my mustache top! I've typed almost, because I actually want a few words underneath the mustache but I can't think of a cool sense. Do you perhaps know a cool sense that I can put underneath my lovely mustache? I was thinking of "Like a sir" from 9gag (Like a sir). And what do you think of my mustache top?

I will also show you guys a nice outfit with the mustache top - I hope this week -. And.....*drum roll please* I finally bought a fake leather jacket!! So I can finally show it to you shortly as promised. It didn't become what I was actually looking for but I'm really happy with it!

Come back soon and thank you for reading!

Xx
